Tonga Rugby

Rugby players from different rugby teams around NZ will travel to Tonga for a week to  focus on assisting the NZ police and PPDVP in raising the awareness that Domestic Violence is a crime with the campaign message, “Break the Silence, End the Violence”.

Steve Symonds the Professional Development Manager along with PPDVP Support Officer Kim Bloomfield from the New Zealand Police have organised the week long trip.   This type of  work is overall development of professional rugby players and is part of their personal growth for the boys.
