PPDVP Country Baseline Review Updates

The PPDVP contracted the Victoria University of Wellington – Crime & Justice Research Centre, to Update four Baseline Reviews for the Cook Islands, Samoa, Tonga and Kiribati in late 2010.  An initial Baseline Review had been conducted by them when PPDVP commenced in 2005 and 2006.

The Updates are available at the links below.  A summary report has also been prepared and is available.

The PPDVP Baseline Review Updates have been provided to the Chiefs of Police in each country, and to the Pacific Islands Chiefs of Police (PICP) organisation. 

The people who participated and contributed to or assisted with the Updates; NGO’s and Government Agencies in each country; and pacific regional organisations are invited to access the reports through this web link.
