Tonga Police Commander speaks out on DV

The Pacific Islands Forum Regional Security Committee (FRSC) heard from the Commander of the Tonga Police Force on their response to domestic violence in the Kingdom.  The Commander made the point that people who should be in the safety of their homes, are at rsk when domestic violence occurs.  He strongly urged pacific leaders to take a lead in their own countries to address the issues of domestic and family violence.
